Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, please inform us in writing to cancel or amend your booking. Refunds are processed based on the following guidelines:
- Online bookings must be modified or cancelled via the Internet Booking Engine. Any refunds will be processed per the applicable rules.
- Rebooking may require payment of rate differences, based on the new date or room type, and subject to availability.
- If modified or cancelled through the hotel directly, the booking cannot be altered online again.
- Bookings made through a travel agent must be refunded by that agent. Online refund is not possible for such bookings.
- Non-cancellable bookings will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- For early checkouts, payment for the entire reservation is required.
- For reservations of multiple rooms, cancellation applies to all "reserved nights".
Cancellation Timeline
- 1st April to 30th September: Cancellation allowed up to 2 days before arrival
- 1st October to 31st March: Cancellation allowed up to 4 days before arrival
Refund Policy
Refunds for refundable bookings take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to reflect on your credit card statement. This delay depends on your card’s billing cycle and bank processing times.
